Welcome to your guide on navigating perimenopause. Perimenopause is an extremely turbulent time hormonally, and oddly, it has hardly been studied. It’s quite literally puberty in reverse. So why are we facing it (yes, I’m perimenopausal too) without any sort of guide or understanding about what’s happening? Where’s our middle school health class to let us in on the changes in our body?

So, consider this your health class on Perimenopause. In this masterclass, we’ll be going through the different stages of perimenopause so you can have a clue on what’s going on.

And, just like in puberty, your experience of perimenopause will be unique. In this masterclass, I’ve tried to cover everything…but without it becoming a 1000-page textbook. If you have a symptom or question, please don’t hesitate to reach out. :)
