Hearty Protein Packed Fall Chili

Ingredients
454 gm Ground turkey, lean (or bison, beef)
1 can(s) (14oz) Diced tomatoes, canned
1 can(s) (16 oz) Tomato sauce, canned
1/2 cup Salsa, ready-to-serve
1 can(s) (15 oz) Red kidney beans, canned, drained
1 large Yellow onion (chopped)
2 clove(s) Garlic (chopped)
1/2 medium pepper(s) Green bell pepper (chopped)
1 1/2 tbsp Chili powder
1 tsp Cumin
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
Brown the meat and onions in a 12-inch skillet and drain before adding all other ingredients. Simmer for 1-2 hours. (you can also add all of the ingredients to a slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours).
Serve with a baked potato or with a whole grain gluten free bun for a complete meal!
