Clean Eating Turkey & Black Bean Chili

Ingredients
1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
454 gm Ground turkey, lean
1/2 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper (chopped)
1/2 medium pepper(s) Yellow bell pepper (chopped)
1 medium Yellow onion (chopped)
1 tsp Garlic (minced)
1 can (4oz) Green chili peppers, canned (undrained)
2 can(s) (14oz) Diced tomatoes, canned
2 can (15oz) Black beans, canned (drained, rinsed)
1 1/2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Chili powder
1 dash Salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a stock pot. Add peppers, onions, and ground turkey. Cook until turkey is no longer pink.
2. Add garlic and remaining ingredients.
3. Cover and simmer on low for 20-30 minutes.
4. Garnish with cilantro and serve with Greek yogurt.
