December - Mindfulness

Welcome!


This busy month deserves a gentle masterclass. This month we’re looking at Mindfulness from two perspectives.

First, from my perspective as a student of mindfulness. I’m still learning and experimenting, but already I’m seeing a big change in how I live day to day.

Then, in Part 2, we get a treat. Lisa Dumas, a yoga instructor and mindfulness expert has created a beautiful video for us. She takes us through how to be mindful when we eat.

The practice of being mindful during a meal can cut down on indigestion, can (happily) reduce portion sizes, and can bring joy and pleasure back to your meals. It’s really amazing :).
