Menopause Masterclass
Introduction
Menopause – Strength, Resilience & the Body You Live In
A Whole-Body Guide to Thriving Through Midlife
Over the past few years, both in my practice and in my own skin, I’ve noticed something rise to the surface, again and again:
Midlife women are overwhelmed, overextended, and deeply under-supported in one of the most powerful transitions of their lives.
The body starts shifting…sneakily at first, then all at once.
Clients come in saying things like:
“I’m gaining weight and nothing I used to do is working.”
“I’m waking at 3 a.m. with my heart racing like I’m running from something.”
“I feel like I’ve lost my rhythm. I’m either wired or wiped.”
“My body feels foreign. My joints ache. My sleep is a mess. My patience is gone.”
“And don’t get me started on my libido.”
They’re told to lose weight, exercise more, maybe try an antidepressant.
They’re handed vague advice like "balance your hormones" or "cut carbs" or "just push through."
Menopause is a powerful physiological and emotional reset.
It’s not just about hormones. It’s about strength, sleep, muscle, nervous system safety, and identity. And, yes, your metabolism (but not in the way it’s been sold to you).
And the moment you stop trying to fix your body and start working with it, everything begins to shift.
That’s where this masterclass comes in.
What You’ll Learn in This Masterclass:
Part 1: The Menopausal Shift –
What’s really happening in perimenopause and menopause, how hormonal changes affect your nervous system, your sexuality, and even your relationships—and why so many women feel like they're coming undone (you're not, by the way).
Part 2: Body Composition – Muscle, Metabolism & Midlife Strength
We’ll reframe weight gain, talk about why your body is holding on to fat, and explore the critical role of muscle, fascia, insulin, and strength training in midlife.
Part 3: Sleep, Stress & the Hormone-Sleep Loop
Why you’re waking up wired, what your adrenals have to do with it, how cortisol behaves differently now—and why your body can’t shift its composition without deep, regular sleep.
Part 4: Rebuilding Resilience – Lifestyle, Nutrition & Natural Support
Practical, food-first guidance that works with your changing physiology, not against it. You'll learn how to support your liver, gut, muscles, and metabolism, plus how to use adaptogens, herbs, and nervous system practices to restore balance.
Part 5: Reclaiming Your Narrative – This Is Your Recalibration
This final section brings it all home. Menopause is a return to ourselves. We'll walk through the emotional and spiritual recalibration that’s asking for your attention now, and how to live in partnership with your body as it evolves.
Maybe menopause is about becoming who you were always meant to be :)
