Over the past year, I’ve been seeing something show up loud and clear, in my practice and in my own body:

The liver is asking for support.

The liver is an amazingly resilient organ….so when it waves a white flag, it does it quietly. It likes to whisper for a long time, and the earlier you listen the better.
