Ingredients
3/4 cup Plain yogurt, 2-5% M.F.*
1/4 cup Cucumber (diced)
1/4 cup chopped Tomato
5 olive(s) Kalamata olives (halved)
1/2 cup Parsley, fresh
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 pinch Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Fill a bowl with favourite yogurt, and top with Mediterranean toppings.

*Whole milk yogurt (4-5%MF) is best, but if you struggle with the flavour, choose at least 2% to keep your blood sugar balanced.
