Ingredients
1 cup Hemp milk
3 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
1 tbsp Hemp protein powder (or protein of choice)
2 tbsp Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
1 mango Mango (diced)
2 tbsp Goji berries
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a 500ml glass jar, let sit in the fridge overnight.
Give a good stir in the morning and enjoy!
