Banana and Chia Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Banana

  • 2 tsp Chia seeds, ground

  • 1 tsp Coconut oil

  • 1 medium egg Egg

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Heat oil in a frying pan. Spoon batter onto pan into small-sized pancakes.

  2. Serve with berries and a touch of maple syrup.
