1 medium Banana
2 tsp Chia seeds, ground
1 tsp Coconut oil
1 medium egg Egg
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Heat oil in a frying pan. Spoon batter onto pan into small-sized pancakes.
Serve with berries and a touch of maple syrup.
