Instead of more to do, this masterclass invites you into stillness, a quietly powerful practice that supports deep healing and true rest.

We’re exploring Yoga Nidra. It’s a practice of deep, meditative rest that invites your whole being to settle. It’s sometimes called “yogic sleep,” but you’re not actually sleeping…instead, you’re guided into a state between wakefulness and sleep where your body can truly relax, your mind can soften, and your inner wisdom becomes more accessible.

This is about letting go and giving your body and mind the chance to restore themselves in a way they rarely get to.

You don’t need any experience with meditation or yoga. Actually, this is wonderful for those who’ve struggled with meditation in the past. Jodie’s voice is wonderfully relaxing and can calm even the jumpiest minds (aka, mine :)

You just need a quiet space, something comfortable to lie down on (or sit if that’s better for your body), and a little time carved out just for you.

To guide you through this practice, I’ve invited Jodie Capling, a gifted Yoga Nidra teacher, to create three unique audio recordings just for us here in Your Beautiful Life. Each one offers a different experience, whether you’re brand new to this practice or looking for deeper healing and restoration.


Yoga Nidra #1: A Gentle Beginning

This is the perfect place to start if you’re new to Yoga Nidra…or even if you’re not, but you're in need of a gentle landing. Jodie takes extra time at the beginning to help you settle your body, find a supportive position, and ground your intention.

Think of this one as an invitation to exhale, and shift from doing to simply being.
It’s a wonderful option when you need to feel safe, supported, and gently guided home to yourself.

Yoga Nidra #2: The River Journey

This practice carries you along the gentle current of a river, flowing through imagery that helps you release tension, emotions, and any mental clutter that’s ready to be washed away. While the river isn’t the main focus, it offers a powerful sense of movement and renewal.

This is a lovely choice if you're feeling stuck or stagnant or if you simply want to reconnect with your own natural flow. This one is a great “reset button”.

Yoga Nidra #3: Healing Light

This recording includes a guided visualization using light, a healing energy that moves through your body, bringing calm, clarity, and restoration. It’s especially supportive if you’re navigating illness, emotional heaviness, or simply feel the need for some energetic nourishment.

This practice is like being wrapped in warmth. It reminds your body and nervous system that it’s safe to heal :)
